Cool - Cold

A blind contour for "cool". Also for EDM's challenge "cold." Cool is watching my sons play hockey. I use to spend 5-6 nights a week in an ice hockey arena {COOL} while my oldest son practiced and played travel hockey. My youngest son played a bit of ice hockey but he favored roller hockey in the summer (HOT). They both played roller hockey and traveled back and forth between Ontario, Canada and Michigan, for the Michitario Games each summer. Pure magic watching them play hockey. Above, my oldest playing for the Sarnia Sting ice hockey team. He scored the most goals on his team.

A blind contour is when you draw something without looking at your paper. Try it!

I love the freeness of the black and white version. How did you capture this when they move so fast?! Great illustration. I LOVE your blind contours!
