Illustration Friday's - Cars
Riding in cars. I'm not crazy about riding in the back seat of a car with anyone. I get a closed in feeling and I don't like it but I can do it. If the car is large and roomy I don't have a problem with it at all. I just like a lot of window to look out of.This was a quick sketch I did of Steven, our driver when we went to Kansas City on business a few weeks ago. My hand was a bit shaky; trying to draw in the back seat of a car is no easy feat.

I think you did a great job drawing this in the back seat. Nice work.
I like the light application of color, adding interest without overpowering the viewer.
This is very nice. I find it not easy to draw in a moving a car. This has a nice feeling to it, nice color choices.
This is a great perspective and the touches of color are perfect. I can almost hear the story Steve is telling....
Very nice drawing! I hate being in the back seat. I'm a control freak and feel trapped. I especially hate it when I'm in the back seat and the drive drifts off to sleep while at the wheel. (it's happened!) (too many times!) :)
I like that slightly shaky look drawings done on the move have and I like this, puts me right in the back seat along with you. Love the colours too.
great drawing!
i usually don't mind riding the backseat of a car unless it is going to be a long trip--then i try to call shotgun!
great drawing
Wow, great sketch! I don't like riding in the backseat either, but it has more to do with rude tailgating drivers than a closed in feeling. Maybe I should try this the next time, huh?
Great sketch, I love the subtle colors. Its really tough sketching in a car (bumpy roads, and as for me, I get a little carsick after a while.) So I think this turned out great! Reading your other posts, you've been a busy bee!
