Maggie, that impossible nutcracker came from Costco! Can you believe it? On his lunch break, my husband made a quick errand trip, saw and purchased the nutcracker ON SALE well before Christmas, told his office about it, and by the time they got there, it was no longer on sale -- but soon all sold anyway.
There's something so gratifying about making and seeing these little vignettes of everyday life. Starbucks must figure in thousands of sketches! Well done, dear Maggie!
